人力資源部開展OKR工作法培訓

2018年(nian)7月(yue)23日,匡(kuang)明(ming)同志組織人(ren)力資(zi)源部(bu)、企業管(guan)理部(bu)員工(gong)開展(zhan)OKR工(gong)作法培(pei)訓。

O:Objectives 目(mu)標(biao),極致(zhi)聚焦的明確目(mu)標(biao)。KR:Key Results 關鍵(jian)結(jie)果(guo),量化該目(mu)標(biao)的數個關鍵(jian)結(jie)果(guo)。OKR 首先(xian)是一種(zhong)溝通工具。任(ren)何同(tong)事都可(ke)以看到人(ren)在這個階(jie)段(duan)最重(zhong)要的目(mu)標(biao)是什么,團隊這個階(jie)段(duan)的目(mu)標(biao)是什么。

OKR與(yu)KPI的(de)根本目(mu)的(de)是不同(tong)的(de)。OKR致力于如(ru)何(he)更有效率(lv)的(de)完成一個有野心的(de)項目(mu),是“監控我要做的(de)事”,而(er)KPI則強調(diao)如(ru)何(he)保質保量的(de)完成預(yu)定。

目前人力資源部、企(qi)業管(guan)理部已經使用OKR工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作法,每周進(jin)行本周OKR進(jin)度(du)總結會,了(le)解(jie)同事工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作進(jin)度(du),審視工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作方向(xiang)、方法,用自己、同事取得的(de)成果激發工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作斗志。OKR工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作法的(de)運用提升了(le)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)信心,使員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)明確(que)了(le)自身(shen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作方向(xiang)、不再將自己局限于事務性的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,增強了(le)團隊凝聚力,對部門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)開展(zhan)起到積極的(de)推進(jin)作用。
