3號線土建03標王軍濤 從隧道尖兵到“地下先鋒”

——3號線中鐵(tie)隧道土建03標項目經理王軍濤(tao)

王(wang)軍(jun)濤,今年(nian)剛滿37歲(sui),畢業于山東科技大學,高(gao)級工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師,現任中(zhong)鐵隧道集(ji)團二(er)處(chu)有限公司華東片區指揮部副指揮長(chang),2012年(nian)調(diao)任青島地鐵一期工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(3號(hao)線)土(tu)建03標項目經理(li)。別(bie)看王(wang)軍(jun)濤年(nian)齡不(bu)大,但(dan)榮譽可(ke)真不(bu)少(shao)。自2000年(nian)7月畢業工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)以來,13個年(nian)頭,王(wang)軍(jun)濤所參(can)建的7個工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)項目,獲(huo)得多項榮譽,有國家級的“魯班獎”、“詹天(tian)佑大獎”,省部級“優質工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)獎”等,他個人先(xian)后榮獲(huo)“火車(che)頭獎章”、中(zhong)鐵隧道集(ji)團“金牌(pai)職工(gong)(gong)”,以及多次被評為企業“先(xian)進工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)者”稱號(hao)。


常年(nian)野戰,練就一(yi)身攻堅克(ke)難好身手

王軍濤自參加工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)以來,先后參與(yu)了(le)(le)(le)高速公路(lu)、鐵路(lu)工(gong)(gong)程建設,從一名普通的(de)(de)(de)實習(xi)生逐漸轉變成了(le)(le)(le)一名合(he)格的(de)(de)(de),具(ju)有自己獨特管理方法的(de)(de)(de)項目經理。2005年,時(shi)(shi)任項目總(zong)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)他針對(dui)隧道仰拱(gong)開挖長度,結合(he)現(xian)場施(shi)工(gong)(gong)進度情況(kuang)提出了(le)(le)(le)利用仰拱(gong)棧橋解決(jue)掌子(zi)面棄渣外運和仰拱(gong)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)同時(shi)(shi)作(zuo)業發生干擾的(de)(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti),并根據(ju)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)現(xian)場情況(kuang)設計出了(le)(le)(le)仰拱(gong)棧橋。仰拱(gong)棧橋的(de)(de)(de)運用徹底解決(jue)了(le)(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)序干擾問(wen)題(ti)。

2007年,在主持太中銀鐵路興(xing)旺峁(mao)隧(sui)道工程項目的(de)(de)施(shi)工,興(xing)旺峁(mao)隧(sui)道穿(chuan)越土石(shi)分界地(di)(di)(di)(di)層,并(bing)有透鏡體(ti)狀富含(han)水砂(sha)(sha)層分布。成洞條(tiao)件(jian)差,施(shi)工難度極大。為順利渡過富含(han)水砂(sha)(sha)層,由組織(zhi)成立科研攻(gong)關小組,針(zhen)對(dui)沙層的(de)(de)施(shi)工進行了詳細的(de)(de)探(tan)討與(yu)論(lun)證,首(shou)先通過超前地(di)(di)(di)(di)質預報詳細摸清地(di)(di)(di)(di)層情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)及(ji)地(di)(di)(di)(di)下(xia)水情(qing)(qing)況(kuang),根據這些情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)制(zhi)定了詳細的(de)(de)施(shi)工方案,并(bing)對(dui)工區施(shi)工人員(yuan)進行詳細交(jiao)底,認(ren)真組織(zhi)實施(shi),順利通過沙層地(di)(di)(di)(di)段。

2008年擔(dan)任項目(mu)經理(li)后(hou),首戰蘭渝(yu)鐵路LYS-3標木寨(zhai)嶺隧道(dao)出口工程,通過采用“先弱后(hou)強、先放(fang)后(hou)擋、分層施工”的施工安排,成功攻克了(le)木寨(zhai)嶺隧道(dao)地(di)質變(bian)形問題。

王軍濤各種施工環(huan)境中的不斷磨礪,使(shi)他成(cheng)了(le)一(yi)名名副(fu)其實的“隧(sui)道(dao)尖兵(bing)”。


轉戰城市,地鐵施工大(da)刀闊斧不(bu)再是優點

2012年初,王(wang)軍(jun)(jun)濤(tao)調到青島地(di)鐵一期工(gong)程(3號(hao)線)土(tu)建(jian)(jian)03標(biao)項目任項目經理(li)(li)。常年的野外作業,讓王(wang)軍(jun)(jun)濤(tao)習(xi)慣(guan)于(yu)大刀闊(kuo)(kuo)斧式的攻堅式施工(gong)。可王(wang)軍(jun)(jun)濤(tao)任項目經理(li)(li)的青島地(di)鐵3號(hao)線03標(biao),施工(gong)路(lu)段(duan)是繁(fan)忙的都市,又要(yao)穿越居民區與(yu)文保(bao)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)、公共(gong)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu),還(huan)要(yao)面對(dui)復雜的管線調流(liu)。這一切對(dui)王(wang)軍(jun)(jun)濤(tao)來說(shuo),與(yu)過(guo)去廣(guang)闊(kuo)(kuo)的空間相比,現在真有(you)施展(zhan)不開拳腳的感覺。都有(you)著完全不同的施工(gong)方法與(yu)理(li)(li)念。

進(jin)(jin)入地(di)鐵(tie)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),地(di)質(zhi)條件復雜,安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)要求比野外更(geng)高也更(geng)瑣碎。為實現施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)過(guo)程零傷亡的目(mu)標,王軍濤組織(zhi)項目(mu)部(bu)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)管(guan)理(li)部(bu)門、工(gong)(gong)程技(ji)術(shu)部(bu)門和辦公室針對(dui)項目(mu)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)特(te)點、難點編制安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)培(pei)訓(xun)資料,系統的對(dui)各(ge)崗位人(ren)員進(jin)(jin)行安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)培(pei)訓(xun)。三(san)年來,項目(mu)部(bu)組織(zhi)各(ge)種安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)培(pei)訓(xun)763次(ci),培(pei)訓(xun)人(ren)員達(da)2579人(ren)次(ci),嚴格(ge)執行周(zhou)一安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)學習制度(du)和專項安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)隱患(huan)(huan)排(pai)查制度(du),通過(guo)培(pei)訓(xun)和隱患(huan)(huan)排(pai)查提(ti)(ti)高了作(zuo)業人(ren)員安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)意識,確保(bao)工(gong)(gong)程實體質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)受(shou)控(kong)達(da)標。同(tong)時(shi),在各(ge)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)現場入口安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)門禁系統,動態管(guan)理(li)進(jin)(jin)出現場人(ren)員,安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)程控(kong)應急電話(hua),可(ke)隨時(shi)掌(zhang)握現場工(gong)(gong)序進(jin)(jin)行情況(kuang),并(bing)在洞內各(ge)主要作(zuo)業場所安(an)(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)視頻監(jian)控(kong)等(deng)對(dui)現場施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)進(jin)(jin)行管(guan)理(li),加大了安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)設施(shi)(shi)(shi)投入,為作(zuo)業人(ren)員創造了一個安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)的施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)平臺。通過(guo)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)培(pei)訓(xun)、提(ti)(ti)高認識和投入科技(ji)管(guan)理(li)等(deng)方式改變(bian)了施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)環境。


聯系(xi)群(qun)眾,事事把民(min)生放首位(wei)

青島地(di)鐵施工(gong),最重要的就是爆破隊(dui)周邊(bian)環(huan)境(jing)的影響。為此,王軍濤拿出自己在野外(wai)施工(gong)練就的攻堅克難真功夫(fu),針對隧(sui)道下(xia)穿建(jian)筑物(wu)施工(gong),項目部成(cheng)立了以王軍濤為組(zu)(zu)長的”減振先鋒(feng)”QC小(xiao)組(zu)(zu),申(shen)報了”減小(xiao)地(di)鐵隧(sui)道下(xia)穿建(jian)筑物(wu)爆破施工(gong)振速”課題(ti)。隧(sui)道在下(xia)穿青島商(shang)業總公司、濟軍一療(liao)口腔科、湛(zhan)山路(lu)3號民房(fang)、如家快捷(jie)酒(jiu)店等多棟(dong)房(fang)屋(wu),得到了成(cheng)功運用。經對課題(ti)成(cheng)果(guo)進行總結,“減振先鋒(feng)”QC小(xiao)組(zu)(zu)榮(rong)(rong)獲(huo)了“二(er)○一三年度全國工(gong)程(cheng)建(jian)設(she)優(you)秀質(zhi)量管理小(xiao)組(zu)(zu)二(er)等獎”榮(rong)(rong)譽(yu)。

密(mi)切聯(lian)(lian)系(xi)群(qun)眾(zhong),真正深入群(qun)眾(zhong)內心,這是王軍(jun)濤在地鐵施工(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)學會的(de)的(de)“新功夫”。通過對項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)部周邊環境的(de)了解、調(diao)查。王軍(jun)濤親自在隧道下(xia)穿建筑物的(de)范(fan)圍(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)建立了項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)聯(lian)(lian)系(xi)點,通過聯(lian)(lian)系(xi)點收集群(qun)眾(zhong)對青島地鐵建設(she)意見,對項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)部要求等。在項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)領導(dao)班子中(zhong)(zhong)開展(zhan)結對幫扶,通過結對幫扶擴(kuo)大了聯(lian)(lian)系(xi)范(fan)圍(wei),并與(yu)社區(qu)建立了互動,在社區(qu)的(de)幫助和支持(chi)下(xia),重點解決項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)施工(gong)涉及到的(de)民生(sheng)、環境和污(wu)染等13個問(wen)題,使得項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)各項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)作得到順利開展(zhan)。

除了對(dui)外“公關”搞(gao)得好(hao)(hao),內部(bu)團結,王軍濤一(yi)樣很上(shang)心。在(zai)項目內部(bu)將“三工建設(she)”、“蜜柚app建設(she)”納入項目規劃中,讓員(yuan)工吃好(hao)(hao)、住好(hao)(hao)、工作(zuo)好(hao)(hao)。每逢節假日(ri),開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)喜聞(wen)樂(le)見的娛樂(le)活動(dong)豐(feng)(feng)富(fu)員(yuan)工的業余(yu)生(sheng)活,暑(shu)期開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)發(fa)放(fang)礦(kuang)泉(quan)水、風油精(jing)、霍香正氣膠囊等“送(song)清(qing)涼”活動(dong)。開(kai)(kai)辦(ban)了項目圖(tu)書閱覽室(shi)、活動(dong)室(shi),不斷豐(feng)(feng)富(fu)員(yuan)工生(sheng)活,使項目凝聚力得到進一(yi)步增強,各項工作(zuo)不斷邁上(shang)新臺階。
