4號線再突破一重大風險源——勁松三路站至勁松四路站區間左線大里程貫通

170米的區(qu)間(jian),穿暗渠、鉆破碎帶、越諸(zhu)多管線……端午(wu)前(qian)夕(xi),地鐵4號(hao)線勁(jing)松三路站至勁(jing)松四(si)路站區(qu)間(jian)左線勁(jing)松四(si)路站方向單洞(dong)貫通,4號(hao)線又通過一重大風險(xian)源。


勁(jing)松(song)三路(lu)站(zhan)至勁(jing)松(song)四路(lu)站(zhan)區間地(di)處(chu)強風(feng)化(hua)巖,區間拱頂含富水(shui)砂層,地(di)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)條件(jian)極差,不(bu)盡(jin)穿(chuan)越暗渠和(he)(he)(he)地(di)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)破碎帶,還有(you)(you)諸多重(zhong)要管(guan)線,為(wei)I級風(feng)險源,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)風(feng)險極大。為(wei)確保該區間開(kai)挖過程(cheng)中(zhong)的平穩(wen)(wen)和(he)(he)(he)安全(quan),四號線公司組織設計單位對施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)風(feng)險和(he)(he)(he)環境風(feng)險進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)再(zai)(zai)(zai)梳理、再(zai)(zai)(zai)論證,對設計措施(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)(he)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方(fang)案進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)再(zai)(zai)(zai)研(yan)究、再(zai)(zai)(zai)優化(hua)。在地(di)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)薄(bo)弱(ruo)段和(he)(he)(he)較大風(feng)險段,增加地(di)表(biao)注(zhu)漿、洞內(nei)全(quan)斷面帷幕注(zhu)漿和(he)(he)(he)中(zhong)管(guan)棚(peng),通過強有(you)(you)力措施(shi)(shi)(shi),從設計手段上(shang)進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)全(quan)面武(wu)裝。同時,在對現(xian)(xian)場施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)管(guan)控(kong)上(shang),采取領導包保、重(zhong)點監管(guan)的方(fang)針(zhen),嚴(yan)格控(kong)制現(xian)(xian)場施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量,使各(ge)項設計措施(shi)(shi)(shi)得(de)到有(you)(you)效落實(shi),將施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)風(feng)險降(jiang)至最低。施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中(zhong)嚴(yan)控(kong)循環進(jin)(jin)尺(chi)和(he)(he)(he)爆破震速,穩(wen)(wen)扎穩(wen)(wen)打(da),最終安全(quan)平穩(wen)(wen)穿(chuan)越各(ge)個(ge)風(feng)險,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)順利(li)貫通,為(wei)下一步結構施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)進(jin)(jin)場和(he)(he)(he)其他洞室貫通創造了(le)(le)有(you)(you)力條件(jian)。
