地鐵四號線施工取得新進展

 

青島地鐵4號(hao)線(xian)“鐵龍五(wu)號(hao)”盾構(gou)機順利(li)始發,勁松三路(lu)站TBM吊出井北區開挖完(wan)成,鞍山(shan)路(lu)站F出入口(kou)順利(li)貫通……近(jin)期,地鐵4號(hao)線(xian)工程(cheng)建設捷(jie)報頻(pin)傳。

中鐵(tie)(tie)二十局青(qing)島地鐵(tie)(tie)4號線11工區(qu)“鐵(tie)(tie)龍五號”盾(dun)(dun)構機在沙(sha)子口站順利(li)始發(fa)(fa)(fa),標志(zhi)著該項目(mu)正式進(jin)(jin)(jin)入盾(dun)(dun)構掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)施工階段。為(wei)確(que)保(bao)(bao)盾(dun)(dun)構的(de)(de)順利(li)始發(fa)(fa)(fa),項目(mu)部(bu)制(zhi)定安全高效的(de)(de)盾(dun)(dun)構始發(fa)(fa)(fa)保(bao)(bao)障(zhang)計劃(hua),積極做好盾(dun)(dun)構機吊裝、始發(fa)(fa)(fa)、掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)等各(ge)項專(zhuan)項方案(an)的(de)(de)編(bian)制(zhi)論(lun)證。同時嚴格(ge)把(ba)控,完(wan)善各(ge)項準備工作,明確(que)分(fen)工,責任到人,對各(ge)風(feng)險點邀請專(zhuan)家進(jin)(jin)(jin)行了(le)周(zhou)密分(fen)析和充(chong)分(fen)論(lun)證,制(zhi)定專(zhuan)項施工方案(an)和應急預案(an),配置充(chong)足的(de)(de)應急搶險設(she)備、材料,同時加強施工中地面(mian)監測、嚴密控制(zhi)盾(dun)(dun)構推進(jin)(jin)(jin)參數等措施,為(wei)盾(dun)(dun)構機順利(li)始發(fa)(fa)(fa)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)提(ti)供了(le)有力(li)的(de)(de)技術保(bao)(bao)障(zhang)和技術支持。

勁松三路站TBM吊(diao)出井北區開挖完成

中鐵十七局青島地鐵4號(hao)線06工區項(xiang)目部勁松三路站近日完成西端TBM吊(diao)出井(jing)(兼做(zuo)7號(hao)線預留站臺(tai)層)土(tu)方開挖,具備結(jie)構施工條(tiao)件。

勁松(song)三路(lu)站位(wei)于遼陽西路(lu)與(yu)勁松(song)三路(lu)交叉口,沿遼陽西路(lu)東西向敷(fu)設,4號(hao)線(xian)段為地下(xia)兩層結(jie)構(gou),西段頭兼做4號(hao)線(xian)TBM吊出(chu)井(jing)和(he)(he)遠期7號(hao)線(xian)預留站臺(tai),為地下(xia)三層結(jie)構(gou)。該(gai)處地質硬、基(ji)坑深度(du)大,為減少施工對周邊(bian)環境影(ying)響,采用機械法(fa)進行開(kai)挖,先(xian)后首(shou)次引進兩臺(tai)E6500F、一臺(tai)E7500F大型(xing)破碎錘挖機和(he)(he)一臺(tai)伸縮臂垂(chui)直提(ti)升設備進行土方(fang)(fang)開(kai)挖,日開(kai)挖量600余方(fang)(fang)。經過(guo)精心組(zu)織,積極推進,目前(qian)北(bei)區(qu)(qu)已完(wan)成開(kai)挖,南區(qu)(qu)剩(sheng)余2m,預計12月(yue)上旬全部完(wan)成土方(fang)(fang)作業任(ren)務,為20201年TBM吊出(chu)和(he)(he)結(jie)構(gou)封頂提(ti)供條(tiao)件。

中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十九(jiu)(jiu)局(ju)青島(dao)地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)4號線(xian)(xian)05工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區(qu)項(xiang)目(mu)部(bu)鞍(an)(an)山(shan)(shan)路(lu)站F出入(ru)口(kou)順(shun)利貫(guan)通。鞍(an)(an)山(shan)(shan)路(lu)站F出入(ru)口(kou)為(wei)青島(dao)地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)4號線(xian)(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)鞍(an)(an)山(shan)(shan)路(lu)站附(fu)屬出入(ru)口(kou),周邊環境復(fu)雜(za)、人(ren)口(kou)密度較大、車流量大。為(wei)保(bao)證(zheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量與安全,減(jian)少爆破(po)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)對(dui)周邊建(jian)筑的影響,青島(dao)地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)四號線(xian)(xian)公司與中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)十九(jiu)(jiu)局(ju)深(shen)入(ru)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現場(chang),研討施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方案(an),面對(dui)環境復(fu)雜(za)、地質(zhi)條(tiao)件差、風(feng)(feng)險高等諸多困難,成立重大風(feng)(feng)險源管控(kong)領導(dao)(dao)小組,認真籌劃,精(jing)心施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),并對(dui)風(feng)(feng)險地質(zhi)段施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方案(an)進行專家評審,班子(zi)成員緊靠一線(xian)(xian),管理人(ren)員24小時盯控(kong)現場(chang)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),現場(chang)嚴格控(kong)制(zhi)爆破(po)參數,以安全、質(zhi)量、文明施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)標(biao)準化(hua)指(zhi)導(dao)(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),為(wei)F出入(ru)口(kou)順(shun)利貫(guan)通提供(gong)了堅實(shi)保(bao)障。

地(di)鐵(tie)4號(hao)線(xian)是(shi)貫穿市(shi)區(qu)中部的(de)(de)東(dong)西向(xiang)骨干線(xian)路(lu)(lu),全(quan)長30.7公(gong)里(li),連接市(shi)南區(qu)、市(shi)北區(qu)、嶗山區(qu),可(ke)與(yu)已開通運(yun)營的(de)(de)2、3、11號(hao)線(xian)以及在(zai)建的(de)(de)1、8號(hao)線(xian)換乘(cheng),覆蓋眾多人口(kou)密集區(qu)和客(ke)流(liu)集散點,是(shi)青(qing)(qing)島地(di)鐵(tie)線(xian)路(lu)(lu)成網(wang)的(de)(de)重要一(yi)環(huan)。青(qing)(qing)島地(di)鐵(tie)4號(hao)線(xian)主體工(gong)(gong)程施工(gong)(gong)正在(zai)全(quan)速推進,目前全(quan)線(xian)共(gong)54個工(gong)(gong)點已全(quan)部進場(chang)施工(gong)(gong),土建施工(gong)(gong)完成63%。
