青島地鐵4號線、2號線西延段施工取得新進展

歲末年初,寒流的到來沒有阻擋地鐵建設者的奮戰熱情,建設者們不畏嚴寒,堅守一線,地鐵4號線、2號線西延段施工均取得新進展,為新一年工作開展打下堅實基礎。

4號線(xian)(xian)出(chu)(chu)入(ru)段(duan)線(xian)(xian)區間大(da)斷面小里(li)程端(duan)順利(li)(li)貫通。12月28日,由中國鐵建(jian)(jian)土建(jian)(jian)12工(gong)(gong)區項(xiang)目部承建(jian)(jian)的青島地(di)(di)鐵4號線(xian)(xian)出(chu)(chu)入(ru)段(duan)線(xian)(xian)區間大(da)斷面小里(li)程端(duan)順利(li)(li)貫通,為(wei)(wei)隧(sui)(sui)道二次(ci)襯砌(qi)“大(da)干(gan)”贏得開門紅。出(chu)(chu)入(ru)段(duan)線(xian)(xian)區間單洞四線(xian)(xian)隧(sui)(sui)道小里(li)程段(duan)長91.8米(mi),隧(sui)(sui)道寬度(du)25.91米(mi),斷面截面積249.56米(mi),出(chu)(chu)入(ru)段(duan)線(xian)(xian)區間小里(li)程段(duan)為(wei)(wei)軟(ruan)弱圍(wei)巖(yan)大(da)跨(kua)度(du)隧(sui)(sui)道,地(di)(di)質結(jie)構(gou)復(fu)雜、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)難度(du)大(da),安(an)全風險(xian)高(gao)。為(wei)(wei)解決結(jie)構(gou)斷面多,結(jie)構(gou)跨(kua)度(du)大(da),力學特征復(fu)雜等難題,項(xiang)目部對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)方(fang)案(an)和工(gong)(gong)藝進(jin)(jin)行了數(shu)次(ci)優化,嚴格遵循“管超前、嚴注漿(jiang)、短進(jin)(jin)尺(chi)、早封閉、勤(qin)測量、緊襯砌(qi)”的原(yuan)則,加強(qiang)監(jian)控量測,認真做好超前地(di)(di)質預報(bao)工(gong)(gong)作,及時調整(zheng)開挖工(gong)(gong)法及支護參(can)數(shu),初支應(ying)在設計基礎上視圍(wei)巖(yan)情況進(jin)(jin)行加強(qiang)支護,并控制好安(an)全距離,以保(bao)證隧(sui)(sui)道施(shi)工(gong)(gong)質量和施(shi)工(gong)(gong)安(an)全。

4號(hao)線沂江(jiang)(jiang)區(qu)間(jian)(jian)2#TBM順(shun)利(li)始發。12月(yue)25日,沂江(jiang)(jiang)區(qu)間(jian)(jian)(沂水(shui)(shui)路(lu)(lu)站-江(jiang)(jiang)蘇路(lu)(lu)站)2#TBM順(shun)利(li)始發。此次始發的(de)沂江(jiang)(jiang)區(qu)間(jian)(jian)是03工區(qu)TBM負責的(de)第五(wu)個(ge)區(qu)間(jian)(jian),該區(qu)間(jian)(jian)全長(chang)570米,共穿越5條斷層破碎帶,為(wei)下(xia)坡施工。為(wei)確(que)保(bao)施工節點進度,中鐵十(shi)八局項目(mu)部精心組(zu)織,工序銜接推演,克(ke)服了(le)(le)溫度低,過站導臺強度提升(sheng)慢等困難,順(shun)利(li)空推TBM至(zhi)掌子面,為(wei)向沂江(jiang)(jiang)區(qu)間(jian)(jian)(沂水(shui)(shui)路(lu)(lu)站-江(jiang)(jiang)蘇路(lu)(lu)站)順(shun)利(li)始發掘(jue)進提供了(le)(le)有力的(de)前提保(bao)障。

4號線勁松(song)(song)(song)三路(lu)站完(wan)成地下(xia)三層(ceng)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)土(tu)方開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)。12月(yue)28日,勁松(song)(song)(song)三路(lu)站地下(xia)三層(ceng)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)完(wan)成全部土(tu)方開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)作業,進(jin)入主體結(jie)構(gou)(gou)施工(gong)(gong)。勁松(song)(song)(song)三路(lu)站為明挖(wa)(wa)(wa)車(che)站,車(che)站全長217m,位于市區(qu)主干道遼陽西路(lu)與勁松(song)(song)(song)三路(lu)交(jiao)叉口,基坑深度32m,土(tu)方開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)量共(gong)計約6萬方。該位置兼做4號線區(qu)間掘進(jin)機吊(diao)出口,工(gong)(gong)期緊(jin)、體量大(da)、任務重,同時該處(chu)臨近周邊房屋,為最大(da)限(xian)度降低施工(gong)(gong)影響,全部土(tu)方開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)依(yi)靠機械法進(jin)行。先后首次引進(jin)大(da)型破碎(sui)錘(chui)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)機2臺(tai),伸縮臂挖(wa)(wa)(wa)機1臺(tai),提高了土(tu)方開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)和硬巖破碎(sui)的(de)效率,在微風化(hua)硬巖破碎(sui)和開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)上(shang)實現日均最大(da)開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)量600余方。后續該站將繼續開(kai)(kai)展緊(jin)鑼(luo)密鼓的(de)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)施工(gong)(gong),為按(an)期提供(gong)區(qu)間掘進(jin)機到(dao)達和吊(diao)出提供(gong)條件(jian)。

2號(hao)線(xian)西延段TBM始發(fa)井(jing)擋墻、冠(guan)梁(liang)澆筑(zhu)完(wan)(wan)成。12月(yue)27日, 2號(hao)線(xian)西延段TBM始發(fa)井(jing)擋墻、冠(guan)梁(liang)(設計長(chang)度118m)順(shun)利澆筑(zhu)完(wan)(wan)成,標(biao)志著開挖準備工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)已(yi)完(wan)(wan)成關(guan)鍵性任務,即(ji)將(jiang)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)下一道基坑開挖工(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)。TBM始發(fa)井(jing)位于區(qu)間線(xian)路(lu)正上(shang)方,線(xian)路(lu)為(wei)直線(xian)段。豎井(jing)平面圖形為(wei)矩形,豎向深(shen)度32.66m,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)期緊、任務重。冠(guan)梁(liang)澆筑(zhu)完(wan)(wan)成為(wei)后(hou)續混(hun)凝土(tu)支(zhi)撐(cheng)安(an)裝和(he)基坑開挖施(shi)工(gong)(gong)提供(gong)了開工(gong)(gong)條件。為(wei)保(bao)證冠(guan)梁(liang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)順(shun)利完(wan)(wan)成,項目(mu)部進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了周密的(de)部署(shu),生(sheng)產和(he)防(fang)(fang)疫(yi)兩(liang)手抓、兩(liang)頭(tou)重,確(que)保(bao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)安(an)全(quan)有序(xu)(xu)。項目(mu)部在(zai)工(gong)(gong)人進(jin)場(chang)后(hou),積極準備防(fang)(fang)疫(yi)口罩、酒精、消(xiao)毒液(ye)、測(ce)溫槍、防(fang)(fang)護服、護目(mu)鏡等防(fang)(fang)疫(yi)物資(zi),及時(shi)對居(ju)住和(he)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)環境消(xiao)殺(sha),建立(li)健(jian)全(quan)門禁體系(xi)和(he)登記制度,為(wei)所(suo)有作(zuo)業人員提供(gong)衛(wei)生(sheng)安(an)全(quan)的(de)作(zuo)業環境;對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)生(sheng)產現(xian)場(chang)從技(ji)術交底、材(cai)料供(gong)應、現(xian)場(chang)文明施(shi)工(gong)(gong)等各方面都進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了全(quan)面部署(shu);同(tong)時(shi)進(jin)一步強化現(xian)場(chang)技(ji)術管理,將(jiang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)目(mu)標(biao)和(he)任務進(jin)行(xing)(xing)分(fen)解,責(ze)任到人,安(an)全(quan)交底做實(shi)做好,確(que)保(bao)每道工(gong)(gong)序(xu)(xu)有序(xu)(xu)銜(xian)接。

目前,4號(hao)線(xian)(xian)全(quan)線(xian)(xian)25座車(che)站(zhan)中,已(yi)累計(ji)封頂12座車(che)站(zhan),線(xian)(xian)路建(jian)設正平穩快速(su)推進。2號(hao)線(xian)(xian)西(xi)延段輪渡站(zhan)、小港站(zhan)、國際(ji)郵輪港站(zhan)3座車(che)站(zhan)工(gong)程有序(xu)推進。
