青島地鐵2號線主線爆破作業全部結束

4月23日,隨(sui)著(zhu)石老人站到苗(miao)嶺路站區間右線最(zui)后7米貫(guan)通(tong),地鐵(tie)2號線爆(bao)破作業全部結束,這將(jiang)有效(xiao)減少(shao)地鐵(tie)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)對周邊居(ju)民帶(dai)來的影響(xiang)。施工(gong)(gong)(gong)圍(wei)擋逐步清撤,施工(gong)(gong)(gong)場地開始恢(hui)復原址原貌。貫(guan)通(tong)后將(jiang)大幅(fu)度歸還公用資源占有面積(ji),緩解地面交通(tong)壓力,附屬工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)進入大干階段。

地(di)鐵2號線一期工(gong)(gong)(gong)程線路全長25.2公(gong)(gong)(gong)里,共設車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)22座 ,均為(wei)(wei)地(di)下站(zhan)(zhan)。建(jian)設范圍起自泰山路站(zhan)(zhan),止于李村公(gong)(gong)(gong)園(yuan)站(zhan)(zhan),途經市北(bei)區(qu)、市南區(qu)、嶗山區(qu)、李滄區(qu)四個區(qu)。目前,2號線嶗山區(qu)、李滄區(qu)段(duan)(duan)(麥(mai)島(dao)站(zhan)(zhan)——李村公(gong)(gong)(gong)園(yuan)站(zhan)(zhan))已(yi)實(shi)現雙線貫通。該段(duan)(duan)沿線地(di)層(ceng)主要由黏性土(tu)(tu)(tu)、砂土(tu)(tu)(tu)、欠固結軟土(tu)(tu)(tu)、粉質黏土(tu)(tu)(tu)、淤泥粗砂、富水砂層(ceng)組(zu)成(cheng),局部有斷裂帶、破碎(sui)帶、暗渠、流沙(sha)等(deng)現象,地(di)質條件惡劣。該段(duan)(duan)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa)包括(kuo)明挖法(fa)、暗挖法(fa)、礦山法(fa)、TBM工(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa),是迄(qi)今為(wei)(wei)止全國地(di)鐵施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)線路中工(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa)最(zui)全、涵蓋(gai)技術量最(zui)多(duo)的線路,為(wei)(wei)后續(xu)地(di)鐵施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)提供了參考(kao)經驗。目前,2號線土(tu)(tu)(tu)建(jian)完成(cheng)65%,6座車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)主體完工(gong)(gong)(gong),此外(wai),由中鐵二(er)十五局五公(gong)(gong)(gong)司施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的同(tong)安路車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)、同(tong)汽(qi)區(qu)間(同(tong)安路站(zhan)(zhan)——汽(qi)車(che)(che)東站(zhan)(zhan))、苗同(tong)區(qu)間(苗嶺路站(zhan)(zhan)——同(tong)安路站(zhan)(zhan))、車(che)(che)輛段(duan)(duan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程已(yi)率先(xian)完成(cheng)主體結構施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。

東部(bu)嶗山(shan)(shan)區屬臨海地(di)區,主要以黏性土、砂土、富水(shui)砂層(ceng)、局部(bu)夾有碎石(shi),且受海洋氣(qi)候(hou)影響,雨(yu)量(liang)較多(duo)(duo)。其(qi)中富水(shui)砂層(ceng)極(ji)不利于(yu)TBM及(ji)礦(kuang)山(shan)(shan)法(fa)掘進,稍(shao)有不慎(shen)就會(hui)導致大面積涌水(shui)甚至隧道坍塌,引發安全事故,為施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)帶來前(qian)進阻力。施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方中國鐵建憑借多(duo)(duo)年積累(lei)的(de)(de)隧道施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)經驗,采用(yong)超(chao)前(qian)小導管輔助帷幕注漿(jiang)、施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)敏感位置采用(yong)地(di)表注漿(jiang)的(de)(de)方式加(jia)固地(di)層(ceng),及(ji)時抽排積水(shui),現場24小時值班(ban)盯控,全天進行地(di)表監控與拱(gong)頂沉(chen)降(jiang)(jiang)監控,確保(bao)沉(chen)降(jiang)(jiang)值在(zai)允許范圍內。針(zhen)對富水(shui)砂層(ceng)特殊地(di)質條件合理調整施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)參數,堅(jian)持“早預防、強加(jia)固、短進尺(chi)、弱影響”方針(zhen),各施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)步序有序進行,成功穿越富水(shui)砂層(ceng)。

 除(chu)此之外,2號線(xian)李滄區(qu)、嶗山區(qu)段沿線(xian)下(xia)穿李村河和張(zhang)村河,埋深(shen)最淺處只(zhi)有4.27m,且表層為洪沖積層粉質(zhi)粘土及粗礫砂,下(xia)伏花崗巖(yan),列為全(quan)線(xian)1級風險源,安全(quan)隱(yin)患極大(da)。為此,青(qing)島地鐵與施工方中鐵建成(cheng)立專項攻(gong)堅小組召開專家評(ping)審,制定專項施工方案(an)(an)和安全(quan)管(guan)控方案(an)(an),采用(yong)(yong)挖孔樁(zhuang)結合旋噴樁(zhuang)止水工藝,形(xing)成(cheng)全(quan)封(feng)閉式防水擋(dang)墻。經實踐,工程質(zhi)量滿足使用(yong)(yong)需求。

2號線(xian)(xian)東部(bu)(bu)和北(bei)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)雙線(xian)(xian)貫通意味著(zhu)嶗山區(qu)和李(li)(li)滄區(qu)可以盡快(kuai)恢復(fu)地(di)表路(lu)面,降低(di)對(dui)公(gong)用(yong)資源的(de)(de)占用(yong),緩解交(jiao)(jiao)通壓力。2號線(xian)(xian)作(zuo)(zuo)為連接青(qing)(qing)島市東、西、北(bei)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)主要(yao)干線(xian)(xian),對(dui)于提(ti)升(sheng)城市功能,節約利用(yong)城市空間(jian),緩解城市交(jiao)(jiao)通堵(du)塞,解決群(qun)眾出行問題有著(zhu)重大意義。另一方面,同時將青(qing)(qing)島老城區(qu)、行政中心、商業中心、東北(bei)部(bu)(bu)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)地(di)區(qu)、西南(nan)部(bu)(bu)發(fa)(fa)達地(di)區(qu)串聯成一條平衡穩步提(ti)升(sheng)的(de)(de)軌道交(jiao)(jiao)通渠道,對(dui)青(qing)(qing)島東北(bei)部(bu)(bu)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)地(di)區(qu)的(de)(de)經濟提(ti)升(sheng)起著(zhu)動脈(mo)式作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),帶動嶗山區(qu)和李(li)(li)滄區(qu)的(de)(de)經濟發(fa)(fa)展(zhan),助(zhu)推青(qing)(qing)島市進入覆蓋化(hua)(hua)、全面化(hua)(hua)、立體化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)高速(su)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)階(jie)段(duan)。
